You can always open a free test account, with advertisements and without calendar integration. Our scheduling software costs -for all your employees or all your items- 9.5 euro per month (excl. VAT) for a year, or 4.9 euro per month for a year in a lite version. We do not charge any costs per scheduling, and we do not charge start-up costs, but only a low monthly fee.

Text messages are only between 4.9 and 5.5 eurocent per SMS.
Online payments do not cost a monthly fee, but only transaction fees (iDeal 0.29 cent, creditcards 0.15 euro + 3.2%).

This depends on your settings. Our scheduling software sends a reminder to your customers after a specific chosen number of days. You can also receive an e-mail when someone schedules or cancels an item. You always receive an e-mail if a new unconfirmed appointment or booking or reservation is scheduled. Finally, every month you receive an overview of all items of the previous month.
